Please join us on Saturday, September 18th, 2027, in celebrating our wedding at Garza Blanca Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa in Mexico!
Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience where all of your meals and drinks are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us. Please note, our wedding celebration is adults-only will be limited to guests named on the invitation only.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Vibe Thrive Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
To take advantage of the group pricing, all guests must have their hotel reservations made by November 1st, 2026 and paid in full by April 1st, 2027.

We are currently holding most rooms from September 16th - September 20th, 2027; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request for it to be added to our group). There is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.
You may also use this site to book your transportation to and from the resort/airport. All flights should be purchased separately with your airline of choice.

From horseback riding, catamarans, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer. It's best to explore off-resort excursions with the most trusted name in travel in Mexico, Lomas Travel. Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be a Lomas travel representative at your hotel during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.
You can plan to make the most of your trip by pre-purchasing any excursions you want to do so that when you arrive for your vacation, you wont have to worry about what tours are already sold out.

Transfers
Your airport-to-resort transportation will be provided by Lomas.. They offer a variety of reliable and comfortable transfer options for
round-trip convenience, with vehicles waiting in the airport's arrival area. The ride from the airport to the resort is typically around an
hour, though timing may vary based on traffic and transfer type.
• Shared Transfers: Economical, safe, and comfortable! Shared transfers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may stop at up to three resorts for other guests before reaching your destination. Priced per person.
• Private Transfers: Reserved exclusively for your party, typically accommodating up to 7 passengers. You'll depart immediately
with no additional stops. Priced per vehicle.
• Private Deluxe (Luxury): Premium SUVs for up to 4 guests, with fast-track access, immediate departure, and complimentary welcome beverages—no stops along the way. Priced per vehicle.

How many days should I arrive before the wedding day?
Please arrive atleast 1 day before the wedding.
May I set up a payment plan?
You will receive a reservation number once your reservation is made and you will be able to make payments at anytime.

What is the cancellation policy?
Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the final payment due date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel once your reservation is paid in full and the final payment date has passed, refunds will depend on insurance purchased. If you do not purchase insurance, your reservation is non-refundable. You may purchase travel credit insurance or cash back insurance which will cover the cost of your trip.

Will I need a passport?
Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months.
Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
Can you help me arrange transportation to/from the airport and the resort?
Yes, when you make your reservation using the booking form, you will see the option to add on transportation included in the cost. We will need your flight information 60 days before travel.
Can you help me book air travel?
We are unable to book air travel but suggest using Google Flights to track the best prices. Please reach out for any questions if you need assistance.
May I use USD in Mexico?
Absolutely! The resort is all inclusive, meaning that your drinks and food are covered your entire stay! We recommend bringing small bills ($1s & $5s) to tip bartenders and servers a few bucks if you are experiencing good service.
